As self-caterers of many decades what a wonderfully refreshing, and we have to say rare occurrence it is to find your temporary home! Firstly clean! And also so beautifully presented. Lovely comfortable beds, knives that have been sharpened, cleaning products supplied, it really does make such a nice change from what so often is not the norm one would hope for.

We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your lovely bungalow. Mum & I would love to take the kitchen home with us. We’ve all loved the space and airyness of all the rooms. It was a good base for looking around the South Hams.

No 6 is the rarest of things – a property that is actually better in reality than on the net. So our holiday began with delight rather than that all too often feeling of vague disappointment. And so it has continued. We’ve had a lovely, lovely week. Devon is glorious, the weather has smiled on us and the house is very comfortable, very well equipped and very stylish.

One of the most comfortable holiday homes we have stayed in as a family of five! You thought of everything and provided the best personal touches to make the stay like a home from home. (My 9 year old wanted to move in!!) A lovely friendly village and enjoyable meals at The Castle with a nice stroll back to walk off the food. Thank you for a lovely stay we’d love to come again.

Managed to dodge the worst of the weather which wasn’t what we hoped for – however the comfort of your bungalow made up for winds and rain. Would have liked to take the roll-top bath back home on the train. Having Sky & internet access perfect when weather not so good. Stoke Gabriel so very pretty and I have appreciated having nothing but sheep from my bedroom window. So sorry to be leaving
